The moment I turn around to the shelves of irons displayed and wanted to ask her for her help, she was gone... 😱 and the next moment she was on the other aisle serving another gentlemen.
Well in the end I just took one which fits to my Budget. 👍 While queuing up for payment there she was with the customer just behind me helping to make a payment on an item which costs about two grand. 😅
I guess my purchase will not feed her and her family and she chose to serve the other. I don’t blame her for not helping me. 😊
Commissions help to push your staffs to work harder which is a win win situation for both the staff and company but this creates the lack of service from your staffs and in turn customers would go for the cheaper options and maybe make the wrong choices for their purchase.
Commissions, great service, ethics and trust don’t blend well together. You can’t choose to have everything in a business model and expect it to work wonders. This is a problem in my industry as well. But I’m blessed and lucky I can survive and continue to do better each year and stick to my believes on how I run my business. 💪☺️
As a customer I would hope to have someone help me to make the right choices for my purchase and walk away with a smile and knowledge. 😁👍
