If you would pronounce InsureRen, Insure人, it sounds like insurance and that is what our main core of our business is. A word which used to be a taboo and people would shun away from, it is now well accepted and understand by most.

人 in mandarin means human or people which is who we work with everyday. We’re in a People’s Business and we provide our services and recommend suitable financial products to you, our clients, hence the character 人 is formed.

Creating the fonts using calligraphy brush strokes illustrates the importance of a Culture in creating the team. I still remember the presentations I did in all my years in this career, signifies the Art of Presentation during our appointment.

Coffee mug stain shows that our appointments are done over a cuppa. Be it a casual setting at the local kopitiams or right inside the meeting room with our clients or prospects, each appointment would never end without a drink!

I Aspire to guide, lead and mould individuals to become the best that they can ever be and to be successful in what they set out to achieve. Being in the creative and also the service field gave me a lot of different exposures and helped me in this career in 2008. I have to admit that the journey wasn't smooth at all but I am doing very well and have been enjoying it very much!

Currently as the Head Trainer in my agency, creating a platform for young agents to FastTrack their career to success under our unique Achiever’s Participating Program, a dedicated agency leader under PaceSetters Organisation. 

One of my Career Goals is to create a succession plan so that even if one day, when I am no longer around, I know that my team of qualified financial consultants can carry on my vision and passion to provide each individual with an equal opportunity to have their dreams fulfilled and protected.
